Hi there

Please follow these instructions to get the printers ready for migration to the new shore X tickets .

This should be done ahead of the migration and will not impact current operations.

1. Use the PDF document attached to install and set up fonts – do this as soon as you can and report
any issues

3. Clean the printer heads with a bit of alcohol swab

4. Guidelines for printer set up: - DO NOT do this one until we are ready to migrate

• Press at the same time the MENU and CHOICES buttons and turn the printer on.

• Using the MENU key scroll down to SPECIAL HEAD and select NO

• Then press the CHOICE button until you see REV ADJ3.25 P1

• Then press the TEST button. The display will show EXIT AND SAVE, press the TEST button
again and the printer will reset.
