I the undersigned would like to travel to Iceland for tourism purpose from 25.09.2017 to 08.10.2017. All the
expenses for the above mentioned trip will be borne by me personally. I assure you we shall return as per the
itinerary & within the validity of the visa granted. All relevant visa documents are enclosed with the
application.

Lending Credit. Leave from work has been already approved for my entire trip.

We are group of 4 friends from India who are curious enough to visit Iceland and Netherlands. We have the
same itinerary. However since we are posted at different cities due to nature of our jobs we would like to
make VISA application to our nearest VFS Global office separately.

I am the bearer of all my travel expenses. I am making my own flight and hotel bookings. Some of the bookings
are made by my fellow travellers. I have attached copies of my documents along with this covering letter as
per the requirements.

Please find enclosed the following documents to support my visa application:

1. Fully completed and duly signed application form

2. Two photographs as per visa specifications.
3. Original and photocopy of my passport.
4. Copy of itinerary for my round-trip flight from Bengaluru to Iceland and return.
5. Copy of my hotel reservation bookings at Reykjavik, Oddsson, Uthlid, Hvoll, Dilksnes and Amsterdam.
6. Copy of my travel medical insurance policy from Reliance, valid for the whole Schengen Area and
covering up to $50,000 (€42,300).
7. Salary slips for past 6 months as an evidence of my employment and salary
8. Form 16 of Income paid for past 2 years.
9. Leave letter from the current employer. This includes my date of joining the office after my vacation.
10. My latest 6 monthly bank statements sealed and signed by the bank
11. Photocopies of my friends passport who will apply for schengen visa close to there VFS Global office.
12. Vehicle Booking at Iceland for entire duration.
13. Bank Statement & Helping Letter of my father Mr D P Singh who will help me financially in case I have
shortage of fund.
