ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE ANNOUNCED FOR


THE ST. LOUIS REGIONAL CHAMBER

ST. LOUIS, Feb. 20, 2018 – Joe Reagan, president and CEO of the St. Louis Regional Chamber since 2012,
i for ed the E e uti e Co ittee of the Cha er’s Board of Dire tors that he is resig i g his position
effective at the end of this month.

I a grateful to the Board for the outstanding opportunity to lead the Regional Chamber for the past
six ears, said Joe Reaga . I want to thank the Cha er’s very talented team of staff-leaders for their
hard work and dedication to auses that are so i porta t for St. Louis’ future.

"On behalf of the Chamber's Board of Directors, we want to thank Joe for his dedicated service to the
St. Louis region and community. We wish him much success in his future endeavors," said Warner
Baxter, Chairman of the Chamber's Board of Directors.

Baxter also announced that Tom Chulick, the former chairman and CEO of UMB Bank-St. Louis and
former president of UMB-Midwest Region, has agreed to lead the Chamber as the acting president and
CEO, starting on March 1. Baxter also said that the Executive Committee is forming a search committee
that will identify a permanent CEO.

UMB Bank. That experience, coupled with his continued strong engagement in the Chamber and the St.

W. Thomas (Tom) Chulick

Tom Chulick has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is the former chairman, CEO
and president of UMB Bank-St. Louis and president of UMB-Midwest Region.

Mr. Chuli k’s expertise is in commercial banking, brokerage, institutional asset management, wealth
a age e t a d treasur ser i es. While at UMB, the a k’s St. Louis regio a hie ed u pre ede ted
sales growth with a six-year compounded annual growth rate of more than 24 percent. Mr. Chulick led a
successful turnaround in three additional markets, and as a result, his model became the standard for
the entire company.

While at UMB, Mr. Chulick was responsible for consumer services, wealth management, commercial
banking, fiscal activities, risk management and human resources for Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma,
Nebraska and greater St. Louis.

Mr. Chulick instituted, monitored and mentored investments in the SixThirty FinTech Accelerator, led
the company in highest customer and associate satisfaction scores and earned the UMB Financial
Corporatio Leadership A ard, the o pa ’s highest ho or.

Mr. Chulick currently serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Regional Chamber, as Chair of the
Education Attainment and Talent Development Committee and as a member of the Budget and Finance
Committee. He also is on the Board of Trustees of Webster University and the Board of Directors for the
St. Louis Sports Commission. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Regional Business
Council.
