An admonition is giving notice to the court that it must give the caveator i.e person filing the wa
fair hearing before deciding any matter brought before it in the occasional case. Under section

1: Where an application is required to be made or has been made, in a suit or proceedings institu
about to be instituted, in a Court, any person asserting a right to appear

2: Where a caveat has been remain under sub-section (1), the person by whom the caveat has b
lodged (afterwards referred to as the caveator) shall serve a notice of the caveat by registered
adoption due, on the person by whom the application has been or is required to be, made, unde
section (1).

3: Where, after a caveat has been lodged under sub-section (1), any experiment is filed in any su
proceeding, the Court, shall serve an annunciation of the application on the caveator.

4: Where an Information of any caveat has been served on the applicant, he shall immediately f
the caveator at the caveator’s expenditure, with a copy of the application made by him and als
copies of any paper or document which has been, or maybe, filed by him an endorsement of th
application.

5: Where a caveat has been lodged under sub-section (1), such caveat shall not outstay in force
the expiry of ninety days from the date on which it was lodged unless the experiment referred to
sub-section (1) has been made before the termination of the said period.
