o Time Boxes
- Used to manage complex Software and product development
- Uses iterative and incremental practices
- Significantly imporved productivity and reduce time to benefits relative to waterfall process
- Can cope better with changes

Agile Product Backlog in Scrum

- Prioritized features list


- Contains short description and functionality desired
- Writing down everything they can think of for Agile Backlog Prioritization
- List of all things that need to be done within project
- Replaces traditional requirements specification artifacts

Scrum Board

- Tool that helps team make Sprint Backlog items visible


- Used to visually display current project work and work that has been take into current sprint

Scrum Board Layout

- Purpose is to show progress of project work


- Progress of scrum probject can be stracked by a BURNDOWN Chart

BurnDown chart

- Graphical representation of work left vs. Time


- Outsiding work if often on vertical axis and time is horizontal axis

Benefit of Displaying time

- More granular view of progress


- Teams are asked to carefully track time spent and remaining time
