PWD (2014-15) / KUWS&DB (2015-16)/ / CPWD (2016-17).
2. Item not in any SRs are only considered as Non SR items and their rates are
derived from reputed dealers / manufactures. These rates are compared with
rates of similar ongoing contracts of Karnataka to the extent possible.
3. Verified BoQ quantities of all items considered in the DPR. The BoQ quantities
are based on drawings which are based on design.

Certified that,

1. Stakeholder consultations and citizen engagements are conducted while

preparing the DPR and valid suggestions are incorporated in the DPR.
Secondary data is collected from the respective stakeholders.
2. Detailed Traffic survey is carried out for 3 days and compared with National
Highway Traffic survey details and service level of the road is analysed.
3. Conducted Pedestrian survey to define pedestrian characteristics.
4. Reconnaissance survey is carried out for the Road network
5. Detailed topographical survey of the Road and Junctions is carried out along
with the related surveys
6. Condition assessment of existing roads and other utilities infrastructure are
carried out and it is verified through the concerned stake holders department.
The details are mapped in the survey drawings.
7. The proposed design and drawings are finalised after due consultation and
concurrence with respective stakeholders and they are site specific.
8. Rate analysis is prepared as per the Current SRs of Karnataka.
9. BOQ is prepared based on design and drawings. The quantities arrived at are
adequate and necessary for the successful completion of the project.
10. Implementation plan is based on standard procedures and stakeholder
consultations.
11. Lengths of drains, areas of paver blocks, lengths of ducts for utilities and
street lights are calculated as per site requirement. (Errors up to ± 3% are
acceptable)

investigation/design norms/TOR/IRC/MoRTH/CPHEEO Manual/IS Codes/NBC
and any of the relevant standards. It is certified that the detail project report
has been prepared and reviewed technically & financially and the estimated
cost is INR.43.25 Cr. (Rupees Forty three Crores Twenty lakhs Only)
based on the Schedule of Rate of Karnataka PWD (2016-17)/ Electrical
Karnataka PWD (2014-15) / KUWS&DB (2015-16) / CPWD (2016-17) and
competitive market rates for Non SR Items.
