DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A

PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale of a Condominium Unit is made and

executed into by and between:

DOMINIC E. EMBODO, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Poblacion Matanao, Davao del Sur Philippines, hereinafter referred to as
the VENDOR;

JESSIEL S. DIAMANTE, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Tres de Mayo, Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE;

-- W I T N E S S E T H --

That the PARTIES have previously executed a “Kasabutan sa Palit”

before the Office of the Punong Barangay of Tres de Mayo, Digos City,
Davao del Sur, of a portion of a condominium unit covered by Title No.
11947 with an area of NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
situated at Lim Street, Digos City, Davao del Sur, which such condo unit
was bought by the VENDOR from CONDO FAMORE CONSTRUCTIONS;

That for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS

ONLY (Php 5,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by
JESSIEL S. DIAMANTE, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to my
entire satisfaction, I, DOMINIC ELOJA EMBODO, by these presents,
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of absolute sale
of the above described property unto JESSIEL S. DIAMANTE, her heirs,
assigns and successors in interest, containing an area of NINETY (90)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, including all the improvements found
thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands

this February 7, 2018 in Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.

Philippines, personally appeared the above named parties with their Valid

acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and voluntary deed.

This instrument composed of two (2) pages including this page on

which this acknowledgment is written, has been signed by the parties and
their instrumental witnesses in the presence of one another.
