1) Feedback about your manager or lead

She is professionally well managed, always available to help in everyday jobs (if required), she is
quite flexible as lead. She always pretends as a team member rather a bossy look. She is quite
responsible to conduct sessions/reviews on everyday tasks.
I am totally synced with her, nothing worse between us.

2) Feedback about your teammates – the more specific you are with who or what will help address
things
Irfan: A nice guy, we always discuss on issue/defects, less Social circle but luckily, I am one of his
limited circle 😊
Khurram: A nice guy, habitually silent, very constructive and always available to me in Office
events/sports 😊

3) Feedback about the business


I personally feel the new acquisitions (CCL & MHI) will put quite positive return to QMS family, in
terms of more clients and revenue.

4) Feedback on things you would like to see


Many things are still uncovered:
a. How will the new additions work closely to QCS application?
b. What would be my future after CCL & MHI implementation?
c. Will you indulge us with new teams?
d. I believe the off-shore and on-shore teams are not always be equal, there should be a
quarter meeting with off shore team to discuss opportunities, upcoming news and
general concerns if exist.
e. How do you see off-shore team growth after new acquisitions?
f. Provide Access to SQL server to investigate issues at first sight, cause without knowing
the right path is just like a leap in the dark.
Note: I had raised this concern last year 😊
