Prep. Arm and foot to 2nd

(1-2) demi plier w/ arm down to 5th en bas , lift arm to 5th en haut as you
stretch
(3-4) demi plier and press-up opening arm to 2nd as you rise
(5-8) Grand Plier with 1st port de bras
(1-6) forward bend and recover
(7-8) pointe foot and close in 1st
(2-8) Repeat all in 1st with a sideways bend toward the barre

(2-8) Repeat all in 5th front with a back bend

(2-8) Repeat all in 5th back with a sideways bend away from the barre
finish with pirouette position.

Battement Tendu: 🎵 CWG6 # 7 or #21


Arms prep to 2nd. Feet in 5th.

(1-4) temps levé chassé , pas de bourré under to a lunge toward C1,
pirouette en dedans closing in front facing C2.
(5-8) repeat same side, adjust to face front as you start the temps levé
again

(5) relevé in 5th with arms moving to 5th en haut( facing C2)
(6) dégagé to the front, opening the arms through 2nd
(7) lunge with arms moving to pirouette position and turn en dedans
(8) close front facing C1

Repeat all other side (2x8)
