SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, MINDA R. ESTOQUIA, LEONORA ESTOQUIA-DY, Filipinos, both of

legal age and residents of Purok 2, Sta. Juana, Tagbina, Surigao del
Sur, DARIO R. ESTOQUIA JR. and ROMELL R. ESTOQUIA, both Filipinos of
legal age, married and residents of M.H. del Pilar St., Barangay Maa,
Davao City, do hereby NAMED, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, our brother,
REYNALDO R. ESTOQUIA, Filipino, likewise of legal age, married and
resident of 12 Rd.4, Doroteo Ext., Santolan, Pasig City, Metro
Manila, as our true and legal representative to act for, in our name
and stead, and to perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To ask, demand, recover, or collect any and all sums of

money, debts, dues, interest and other things of value of
whatever nature or kind as may now be or may hereafter
become due, owing, payable or belonging to the Estate of
our Deceased father, DARIO A. ESTOQUIA, to take any and
all lawful ways and means for the recovery thereof by
suit, compromise, attachment or otherwise;

2. To make, sign, execute and deliver contracts, documents,

agreements, and other writings of whatever nature and
kind, with any and all third persons or entities, upon
terms and conditions acceptable to our said Attorney;

3. To SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, and STIPULATE as to purchase

price and manner of payment, and thereafter SIGN any
contract or instrument in relation thereto and RECEIVE
payment therefor by virtue of any Sale, Transfer or
Conveyance involving properties or interest from the
Estate of the above named decedent.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power

and authority to execute and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to render into effect such power and authority herein
conferred, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
lawfully do if personally present, with full right of substitution
and revocation of this instrument, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-Fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
