On Sept. 1, the Falcons faced off against the

Fox Warriors. During the Falcons fourth down
and with under a minute left in the game,
quarterback, junior Andrew Klump, successfully
completed a pass into the end zone with wide
receiver, senior Daniel Hopkins.
“When the play was called, I was just thinking
about what I needed to do to get myself open,”
Hopkins said.
Both Hopkins and the defensive back of Fox,
Cole Elwood, had possession of the ball, but dual
possession in high school football is awarded to
the offensive player. Hopkins touchdown allowed
the Falcons to prevail over the Warriors 37-36.
