Fee Schedule (Effective Jan 2018 )

Wawasan Open University uses a unique model of delivering education to the working adults in
a flexible, affordable and accessible mode. The university promotes a flexible payment scheme
by allowing students to pay only for courses they enrol for each semester.

For example, the total tuition fees for the following level of programmes can be worked out as
follows:

Notes:
• A one-off payment Processing and Administration fee of RM150 is chargeable for new students.
• Resource and Services fee of RM300 is chargeable every January and July semester (RM250 for
April and September Intake)
• All totals are merely indicative and fees are subject to change without notice
• Certain Computing / Electronics / Mechatronics / Corporate Administration-related courses will
incur Lab Fees of RM180/RM230/RM300 respectively
• Certain Education-related courses will incur Micro-Teaching Fees of RM200 or Teaching
Practicum Fees of RM1,000 respectively
• Certain Construction Management courses will be incurred Site Visit Fees of RM180 respectively
• Certain Manufacturing-related courses will be charged Lab Fees of RM200
