SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, DALMATASIA N. DANDAI, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a

resident of Mercedes, Zamboanga City, Philippines, Zamboanga City, Philippines, do
hereby name, appoint and constitute my sister HAOLA I. LADJA, of legal age, Filipino
citizen and a resident of Mercedes, Zamboanga City, Philippines to be my true and
lawful Attorney-In-Fact, to act for me and in my name, place and stead, for my own
benefit and use, to do and perform any of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To get, claim and receive my check representing my Final Release of Claim

and/or other retirement claims from PAG-IBIG, Zamboanga City;

2. To sign, execute, process and facilitate documents pertaining to the above-

mentioned claim and any other legal documents that may be required by the
PAG-IBIG, Zamboanga Branch;

3. To perform all other acts necessary to accomplish the above-mentioned

purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act or thing, or whatsoever requisite, necessary
or proper to be done and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present, and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall

lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
