AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the,……………………………. day of…………….Two

Thousand and Eighteen between Sri./Smt ………………….. aged years, son/daughter of
………………..residing at on the one part AND Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and
Rural Development Bank Ltd. represented by its Managing Director hereinafter referred to as the
Bank which expression shall include its successors and assigns on the other part. In accordance
with the provisions contained in Rule 185 A of the KCS Rule 1969 and as per Order No.
CLT(2)52360/2008 dated 25/09/2009/ in anticipation of sanction from RCS the Bank had
appointed Sri/Smt as Agricultural Officer vide Proceedings of No dated for a period of one
year from on contractual basis at a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000/- per month as per
the terms and conditions fixed by the Bank. Now this agreement witnesses and the parties hereto
hereby agree as follows:
1. That the appointment of Sri/Smt. as Agricultural Officer in the PCARD Bank will be
purely on contract basis for a period of one year from to or for such an extended period as per
Rule 185 A of KCS Rules and also at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
PROVIDED THAT before the expiry period of one year if the Bank is not satisfied with the
performance of the work of Sri/Smt. , the Bank reserves the right to terminate this agreement
with seven days advance notice to him/her.
2. The Bank agrees to pay a remuneration of Rs.30,000/- to Sri/Smt. per mensum during
the currency of this agreement. This remuneration shall be paid on or before the 5th day of every
succeeding English Calendar month. For each and every payment by the Bank, he/she should
give stamped receipts for the same.
3. Sri/Smt. hereby agrees that he/She shall be subjected to obey the orders of the Bank
and of the officers and authorities issued from time to time. He/She shall, at all times, obey the
rules regarding the work to be performed as assigned to him/her by the Bank.
4. Sri/Smt. agrees that he/she shall perform his/her service efficiently, diligently to the best of
his/her ability and devote his/her whole time to the duties assigned to him/her. He/
She will not engage directly or indirectly in any trade, business or occupation on
his/her own account or before the 5th day of every succeeding English Calendar
month. For each and every payment by the Bank, he/she should give stamped
receipts for the same.
3. Sri/Smt. hereby agrees that he/She shall be subjected to obey the orders of the
