Config and Inspection

1. Configure 1st Sectorial Scan (Gr 1) with Calculator according to Setup Builder
file.

2. Adjust basic UT settings for Gr 1

3. Calibrate TCG for Gr 1(SDH 12.5mm, 20mm & 25mm)

4. Create 2nd Sectorial Scan based on Gr 1 (Copy)

5. Create TOFD (Gr 3)

6. Create setup and calibration layout for PA & TOFD

7. Adjust UT settings for TOFD (Pulsers – Range – Filters etc)

8. Calibrate sensitivity for Gr 1

9. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for Gr 2

10. Create inspection layout (Sec – B – C – TOFD …)

11. Create weld overlay

12. Adjust gates | Mechanical settings and scan the part

Analysis

a. Open data file

b. Generate volumetric merge by group + volumetric merge all groups

c. Create layout with volumetric merge

d. Size the 4 defects with either TOFD or PA

e. Create a report with all indications with related dimentions
