Long serving staff recognised


A total of 55 staff members have been recognised for their long
and dedicated service towards Motibhai Group in the “Long Service
Awards” this year.
Staff members received special certificates and Prouds gift vouch-
ers from the management of Motibhai Group as a small gesture of
appreciation for their loyal service.
Out of the 55 recipients, 25 have completed ten-years of service,
14 have completed fifteen-years, 8 have completed twenty-years and 6
have completed twenty-five-years of service respectively. Labasa recipients...
Interestingly, two staff of our Ba operations - Ramen and Sidam
Baram Pillay have completed fourty and thirty-years of service re-
spectively.
Motibhai Group chairman and CEO Kirit Patel said it is interesting
to note that the two longest-serving staff of the company hail from Ba
where the company started operating in 1931 – marking a total of 87
years of existence.
“We are here today to congratulate and thank our people who all
are greatest asset of our company for their dedication and loyalty to
our Motibhai Group,” Mr Patel said while handing over certificates
and gift vouchers to the head-office based staff members last month.
