“ALLEGED FRUSTRATED THEFT: Eduardo Banton y Olayte, 62 years old, married

and a resident of Aeroville Subd., Washington Drive, Legazpi City together with SPO3
Benigno Dilla brought to this office the person of Vicente Calara y Salome, 21 years old,
single and a resident of P-1, Sto Cristo, Tabaco City who was apprehended by Michael
Bataller and Victor Buenaobra when the suspect pinpointed by Nora Bigcas to be the one
who forcibly open and destroyed the doorlock of the Hyundai van with plate # XAL-948
owned by Mr Eduardo Banton which was parked along the road of P-7, Basud, Tabaco
City. Mr Banton further reported to this office that he parked and left his Hyundai
vehicle along the road of P-1 in front of their Philippine Guardians Brotherhood
Incorporated (PGBI) Headquarters located at said place and while inside the headquarters
at more or about 1:30 PM Nora Bigcas told them inside that a male person wearing blue
t-shirt was forcibly open the rear left window of the blue Hyundai prompting him and his
brothers to go out and chased the fleeing suspect which was cornered and apprehended by
Michael Bataller and Victor Buenaobra infront of Shell gasoline station. Recovered from
the suspect was a screw driver colored black handle & one piece of key while Nora Bigcas
also recovered the doorlock of the Hyundai which was destroyed and taken by the suspect.
