the 48 to 78 Holden Car Club Hunter Valley Inc. On the cover this month is the new club

A Festival to celebrate the iconic Car Cult Movie.
A collection of Star Cars, Fans and those involved in the Film Production.
Friday: Cruise into Town, informal gathering at the Cobar Camels Rugby Ground.
Saturday Morning: 9.00am at the Cobar sign, cruise to Canbelego to Rebel's Garage
Saturday Lunch: 1.00pm Show and Shine at Drummond Park
Saturday Arvo: Hot Spots around Town that used in the Film.
Saturday Night: Function at the Cobar Golf and Bowling Club.
Q and A with Actors and Mechanics from the
Movie. As well as Awards and Presentations.
Merchandise will be available over the Weekend.

G’day folks, sorry I couldn’t attend last meeting, Denise and I had a great week away
catching up with family and friends. Unfortunately, the run for February to Pelican was
cancelled so it was a quiet month for the club, event wise, I attended the Jesmond football
club’s first show ‘n’ shine which was not a bad effort for a first event.

calendar may be attended by vehicles with historic registration without requiring a movement number or log book
entry. (Provided you are a fully financial member of the club. A copy of the current newsletter must be carried as proof
of an authorized event).
Events in Bold Italic underlined are preferred club runs. Catered events will specify “Catered Event” and numbers
are needed in advance.
Every Friday from 12th January is Friday Chill at Pacific Park Newcastle. Hosted by Soul Café. Bring the family
and a picnic, enjoy some free local music and relax. 6.30 ‘til 8.30 pm.
