First, the guidance counselor or the administrator in charge log-in its details and the system verifies the
log-in information and retrieve the information from the database users then log and direct the
administrator to it’s homepage, where the administrator can register new users and save it’s
information in the table adminusers. Another feature the administrator can access is to register new
student records, then save it’s information to the table students. In addition to the system feature that
the administrator can access is the editing and deleting of records where the datas are retrieved from
the table students and saved to the table students also. Most importantly, the adding of students’
report or offense which can be retrieved from table reports than can also be viewed and accessed by
the guidance counselor or administrator.
