1. Summary

The main purpose of this project is to give the local head office an information fast
enough to help people locate a person, place or establishment.

We as a team desire to accomplish this project and implement good user-friendly

software for the local community to be used as an aid of searching people and places.

Generally, we could not accomplish the goal of this project if the local head would not
cooperate in the research and remapping of every person and establishment. We do
require the officials to help us iterate any information needed to make this successful.

The budget would depend on the working hours of as follows:

a. Database Design
b. Front-End Development
c. Back-End Development
d. Information Gathering (Person’s Info, Establishment Info)
e. Training of Personnel
f. Others (Papers, Printouts, etc.)

The workload stated above has an initial working hours of 30 depending on the
development that will be implemented.

Therefore, accomplishment of this project is a great endeavor on our side due its use for
the community and we do look forward for this project to be used as a great help for
every community open to development of their respective authority.

2. Introduction

We are the first group on our NSTP2 course, organized by our Instructor
NameofInstructor.

The mission of this team is to provide a project for the community that would give a
great help to locate a specific person or establishment and thus, make it in fast and
complete detailed information.

3. Needs / Problems

Here are some of the problems we see the “Community Profiling Agent” could resolve.

 Identification of every person residing on a specific locality.

 Identification of a specific establishment and its owner.
 Address of any entity within the respective locality.
 Complete information for the entity to be search.
 Basic information of the person searching for a specific entity.
 Vacant lots or for-lease establishments in the place.
 Monitoring of person asking for “Brgy. Clearance”.

The following problems enumerated above we’re the task the Community Profiling
Agent would solve in time of its implementation.

Identification of every entity in a locality is not robust due to the use of manual search
and old fashioned way of getting/storing of data in an office.

Usually, the personnel would locate the file and then one by one the personnel would
check if the data has been found.

Due to this hustle, there is a-lot of chances to make errors or it would be time
consuming for the personnel just to locate the data being process.

Another is that the person who will ask a/an specific person or establishment would be
noted as a person of interest depending on the query he/she is going to make.
