4. What do you feel are the main responsibilities in this job (as a
Registered Nurse in a Care home

5. What qualities do you think a nurse should have when working with
elderly residents who have dementia
6. When a new resident is admitted to a Care Home, how do you
ensure all their nursing needs are met?

7. What action would you take if someone refused their medication

8. What action do you take if a non-insulin dependent diabetic resident

complained of feeling unwell and BM was between 3-6

9. What action do you take if a resident with a history of CHF has a low
Bloodpressure BP. Their oral intake was reported to be poor over the
past 24 hrs , their medication included a diuretic and aperients.
