ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

I. Project/ Program Title: School Learning Action Cell Regarding Continuous

Improvement Plan (CIP)

II. Objective/s:
 To informed participants on how to plan and conduct a continuous
improvement plan

III. Date: February 9, 2018

IV. Venue: GMACC

V. Target Participants: Teachers and School heads

VI. Summary:
The program formally started with the singing of the national anthem conducted
by Mrs. Maria Theresa Cruz followed by an invocation led by Mr. Roden Joseph Reyes.
Mr. Roman Carreon , the school principal gave an opening remarks after. The first
speaker, Mrs. Michelle Villareal discussed the rationale and the first stage in making a
CIP. This was followed by the discussion of Mr. Kahryz Maninang, the second speaker.
He discussed the second stage of the CIP. The slac session ended with the awarding of
certificates and a closing remarks from Mr. Miguel Moldero.

VII. Conclusion:
The seminar was done successfully. The speakers were knowledgeable regarding
their topics. The venue was conducive and well- ventilated. Some questions were
answered and misconceptions were clarified

VIII. Recommendations:
For a better understanding of the topic, participants should be given hand-outs
or other resource material. A follow-up lac session should be conducted by each
department for the planning of their own CIP
