Complaint: ORAL DEFAMATION

Fabricante: On April 26, 2016 they went to our house and uttered the
following words, to wit: “Let your gay and thief father come out.”
I wondered what I stole from them.

Balein: The chicken was the start of it all. It used to lay eggs at our
house. I gave the eggs to him. They went to catch some
chicken and they happened to catch the one which belongs to
me. The chickens were being caught by his sons. I even told
them to catch the hen instead. One evening the chickens
 suddenly became noisy. When I went to check the cage where
they were stored, I saw Maning who was carrying two chickens.
I went to their house to inquire about what had happened, but
he immediately uttered “Come inside and I will rub you against
the floor. You will not see that chicken.” He made more
utterances.

Fabricante: They have long been calling me a thief.

Fabricante: Maria Balein already admitted that the chicken that I

caught really belongs to me. I just want to make
things clear and clean my name that I am not a
thief.
Maria: What I said to him was “Let me see the chicken which you
caught. If it happens to be mine, I will exchange it with his
chicken because he really has a chicken which is in my
possession.

Bundoy: Since you two are family, stop the mudslinging to avoid trouble.
I did not see Renato Lacambra going to Maning’s hose. I just
saw him at the side of the road.
