Many specific organic and inorganic substances are necessary for the growth
and maintenance of the body(1). Nutritional needs vary from species to species,
but the same general principals apply in all cases(2). Body tissue is constantly
being revealed; proteins, vitamins, and minerals are always needed(3). The
average adult human requires only 46 to 60 grams, 1 ½ to 2 ounces, of protein
daily(4). Protein is broken down during digestion into its amino acids, which are
used by the body to provide the nourishment it needs(5).
Mass media is a term used to denote a section of the specifically envisioned and designed
to reach a very large audience such as the population of a Nation State(1). It was coined in
the 1920s with the advent of nationwide radio networks, mass-circulation newspapers and
magazines(2). Although, mass media( like book and manuscrpts) were presented centuries
before the term became common(3). The term public media mass a similar meaning: it is
the sum of the public mass distributors of news and entertainment across media such as
newspapers, television, radio, broadcasting, which may require union membership in some
large markets such as Newspaper Guild, AFTRA, & text publishers(4)

Relative Pronouns!
Relative pronouns refer to people and objects without naming exactly the person or
the object. We use relative pronouns to refer to a noun mentioned before and of
which we are adding more information, they are used to join two or more sentences
to form “relative sentences”.

Cognates!
Cognates are words that have similar, and in some cases, the same morphological
structure, but their meanings could be the same as well as different. When the word
