NERS IGD : Good morning, right this with the part of the case manager room?

Case manager : yes right, with my own Ns. FARHAN

NERS IGD : here's the sir, we're from the IGD room reporting that there are patients

with HIV medical diagnoses with lab results. Hb: 8.7 L: 8.8 Tr: 208 PCV: 0.25%.

Case manager : whether I will confirm to the internal room, is there any empty isolation

space.

NERS IGD : YES, thanks.

Case manager telephoned the internal space if there will be a new patient who will enter the

isolation room with HIV medical diagnosis.

Case manager : good morning, right this with the internal part of the room?

PPJP : yes, is there anything I can help you with?

Case manager : this is a new patient with HIV diagnosa, I want to place it in the room

Isolation, is there an empty isolation room?

PPJP : yes sir, let me prepare my room. Is it necessary to prepare packet oxygen sir?

Case manager : just be prepared, please ask if the room is ready.

PPJP : yes sir.

PPJP prepares the things needed in receiving new patients such as administration, hospital

admission sheets, assessment sheets, consent informend sheets, drug centralization, Etc.

PPJP : (while checking the files) Preparing the bed. After that PPJP asked for help

on PA to prepare bed.

PPJP : PA will be at 9am there will be a new patient with medical diagnosis of HIV

prepared bedside isolation room.

PA : yes sir.

PPJP calls the case manager room.

PPJP : sir, room for patients with HIV medical diagnostics is ready.

Case manager : well, thank you.

Case manager calls to the emergency room to inform that the internal space of the isolation

section is ready, the patient can be sent directly.

Case manager : sir, room is ready, I will take the patient.

NERS IGD : well sir

Implementation of new patient acceptance.

Patient Tn. A comes into the internal space in a wheelchair delivered by case manager, ER

nurse and family, PPJP and PA welcomes the patient and family.

Case manager : good morning sir, this patient sent from the IGD on behalf of Mr. A.
PPJP : introduce, me a responsible nurse today, my name is Ns. Agus hadiwijoyo is

in charge of this room and this is the nurse who will help me (PA).

Px & Kel : yes sir

PPJP asks the PA to help the patient transfer to bed.

PPJP : PA please help Tn. A to get to his bed.

PA : yes sir

While the PA helps patients move to bed, PPJP explains the existing regulations in the room

to the patient's family.

PPJP : sir, the rules of this room, the guardian should not be more than one person,

the examination will be done 3x in 1 day, later if there is something you want sir ask can meet us

in room.

Family : yes sir, I am understand, thank you.

Case manager : sir, do you know condition and illness?

Family : yes I already know, because this is not the first time in hospital.

Case manager : since maternal disease is a contagious disease, which is transmitted through
