Operations: - Many of our stores have had challenges with employees becoming ill with all the ‘weather changes, so it’s even more important to stress proper hand washing during pre-shifts in order to keep our teams healthy as well as follow procedure when a team member mentions they are not feeling well ~ Moving ahead, all Chef Toys orders as you have been made aware must be submitted to your Director two days prior to the third Friday of every month for review and approval. Your Director will communicate any adjustments with the GM prior to submission to Brain - Prior to the close of week two in January, all restaurants should have completed a small wares inventory to be forwarded to your Director. This will act as our new baseline for Chef Toys as we enter the new Business year. Please reach out to your directors for further clarification relating to the types of equipment to be listed. Labor: - By the close of the first week of January your new Management and Hourly schedule Excel templet will be available to your stores. Each of your Directors and the Training team will assist in transitioning to this document. You've already received details last ‘week but we have some final touches prior to its launch, at which point we will address any questions relating to its function - Communicate with your Directors concerning Overtime prior to that decision for approval, situations do arise but the goal is to limit and avoid its presence within our labor practices. With that, all occurrences need to be supported with an explanation emailed to your Director and CC to Ashley.
