License Agreement

Art for Literacy in Mexico

You are allowed to use Art for Literacy in Mexico upon the condition that you accept the terms of this
license. If you do not accept the terms of this license, the product must be returned within 30 days.
Grant:
The Instituto Lingüístico de Verano, A.C. (ILV-Mexico) hereby grants a non-exclusive license to use Art
for Literacy in Mexico (Product), which consists of:
(1) a collection of line drawings* in electronic form (Line Drawings)
(2) the Extensis Portfolio™ Browser** (Software)
(3) a printed thumbnail catalog of the Line Drawings (Thumbnail Catalog)
On the following terms,
You may:
—use the Product on your personal computer,
—copy the Product for backup purposes, provided such copies contain this license agreement, and
—except as restricted below, modify, publish, and distribute the Line Drawings in any media.
You may not:
—permit other individuals to use the Product except under the terms listed herein,
—photocopy or use the Line Drawings from the printed Thumbnail Catalog in any publication,
—copy the Software (except for backup purposes) or any of the written materials accompanying the Software, either in
whole or in part (except for purposes of personal use),
—translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,
—rent, lease, assign or transfer the Software except as set out above,
—modify the Software or merge all or any parts of it into another program,
—remove any proprietary notices on the Product or on any of the copyrighted works with it,
—create scandalous, obscene or immoral works using the Line Drawings, or
—distribute or sell the Line Drawings as another image library or product which is similar to or competes with this
Product.
Title:
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Product and all component works
within it are the property of the Instituto Lingüístico de Verano, A.C., the original copyright holders or the
artists. The Product and all component works within it are protected by the copyright laws of the United
States, Mexico, and international copyright treaties.
Limited warranty:
ILV-Mexico warrants that the Product, if operated as directed and in conjunction with the operating system
for which it was designed, will substantially achieve the functionality described in the documentation.

Termination:
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On
termination, you must destroy all copies you have made of the Product and return or destroy the original
CD.

**The Extensis Portfolio™ Browser is a freeware product provided by the Extensis Corporation. They retain the copyright on
the Portfolio™ Browser and its components.
