1. What Course/Stream shall I choose if I wish to appear for IAS/IPS/UPSE/Civil Service Examina on?
· Any candidate with minimum 21 Years of Age and having completed Gradua on from ANY STREAM can appear for the Exam.
Tradi onally Students preferred BA as gradua on because that degree gave me for prepara on, but off late I see students
from all fields, be it Medicine, Engineering or Commerce cracking the exam. One latest trend which I see is students go 5 Year
LAW a er 12th and then give UPSC Exam. This helps them in three ways: Firstly, the legal studies are in line with the study
requirements of UPSC, so prepara on takes place automa cally. Secondly, Legal Studies also open door to Judiciary
Examina ons. Thirdly, even if the candidate is unable to clear the exam, he/she has a professional degree in hand and can
pursue profession as a lawyer.

2. What are the pre requisites of Architecture?

· Students who are good in both crea vity and technical subjects (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) are the right candidates to
pursue Architecture. One needs to pursue Science-A Group a er 10th to appear for compe ve exams for Architecture like
NATA, JEE-MAIN (PAPER-2) Etc.

3. How can I get into Teaching Profession?

· If you are passionate about any one subject or group of similar subjects, you can pursue higher educa on in the specific
subject field and get into Teaching. You can be a Bachelor Degree holder with B.Ed. to enter in School Teaching. In Order to get
into College Teaching, Higher Educa on like Masters/Doctorate Degree is required. One should Possess the following
Quali es:
i. The ability to develop rela onships with their students iv. Dedica on to teaching
ii. Pa ent, caring, and kind personality v. Capable of engaging students in learning
iii. Knowledge of learners

4. Where can I pursue degree in Interior Design/ Fashion Design?

· In India, there is no specific degree in the area of interior or fashion design alone. One has to pursue a degree in Design and
take elec ve/ specializa on subject choice of interior/fashion design. By this method, one can pursue one's dream. Apart
from this, there are private ins tutes which give diploma/cer fica on programmes in various fields of design which include
interior/fashion design as well that one can pursue along with any gradua on degree a er 12th. Also, there are Master level
Programmes available in these areas.

5. How can I become an Ethical Hacker/ Pursue Degree in Hacking or Cyber Security?
· In India, there is no specific degree in the area of Hacking or Cyber Security at Bachelor Level. One has to pursue a degree in
Computer Applica on or Informa on Technology (Ideally) and take elec ve/ specializa on subject of Hacking / Cyber Security
(If offered by the ins tute where one is studying) in the 3rd or 4th year of their gradua on. By this method one can pursue one's
dream. Apart from this there are private ins tutes which give diploma/cer fica on programmes in various fields of Ethical
Hacking / Cyber Security, which one can pursue along with any gradua on degree a er 12th. Also, there are Master level

6. How can I become a Game Designer/ Applica on Designer?

· In India, there is no specific degree in the area of Game Design/ Applica on Design. One has to ideally pursue a degree in

8. How can I become an Air Hostess/Stewart?

· Any candidate who has passed grade 12th with English as a compulsory subject and has good command on language can
pursue a career in this field. Since this is a skill based programme, no specific educa onal degree or diploma is required for
this. There are a few Private training centres which groom you to effec vely appear and qualify the selec on process for
joining this profession. One should Possess the following Quali es:
i. Pleasing Personality iv. Friendly Nature
ii. Good appearance v. Good Communica on Skills
iii. Pleasant voice

9. How can I Become a Pilot?

· Any Student with Physics and Mathema cs in grade 12 (basically Science-A Group) can a ain a Pilot Licence. The three stages
are Student Pilot Licence followed by Private Pilot Licence and finally ge ng Commercial Pilot Licence from any Flying school
approved by DGCA in India. The candidate has to log certain number of required flying hours along with passing tests as
prescribed by the DGCA before one can fly an aircra independently or as a Commercial Pilot.
· Also one can join Indian Air Force and become a pilot where all your training needs are taken care by them. You need to serve
in the Air Force for s pulated me with a bond.
