Sample Cluster SBM Action Plan


To ensure that the Cluster SBM role is effective and achieves the greatest impact, it is vital that they have a clear
understanding of the cluster’s vision, values and objectives, the key result areas and associated impact measures or
performance objectives against which they will performance managed. This can then inform the development of the Cluster
SBM’s action plan, which should also include personal development objectives
