Special Permit for Large Transient Hotels

Special Permit for Certain Large Commercial Establishments
The City Planning Commission may permit the total #floor area# of
large #commercial# establishments to exceed the underlying #floor
area# requirements set forth in Section 111-13, paragraphs (a)(3)
and (b)(4), including the #floor area# requirements for #cellar#
space provided the Commission finds that:

REQUIREMENTS FOR LOFT DWELLINGS CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO OCTOBER 13,
2010
(a) All #loft dwellings# shall have one or more windows which
open into a #street# or a #yard# with a minimum depth of 30
feet.
(c) The number of #loft dwellings# shall not exceed one per
1,000 square feet of #floor area# devoted to #loft
dwellings#, except as a result of the application of
paragraph (b)(2) of this Section.
