Sub:- ALLOTMENT OF PLOT NO A-23 TALEGAON INDUSTRIAL AREA TO M/S. MAHESH GAS
LTD

Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to the letter No: MIDC /RO / (Null)/ TAL/ LMS-171/ 3640 dated 29th July 2016,
M/S. Mahesh Gas Ltd has been allotted land admeasuring 3500sq Meter comprising of plot A-23
in Talegaon Industrial Area. M/S. Mahesh Gas Ltd. has already paid an amount of earnest money
Rs. 27,30,000/- (Twenty Seven Lacs Thirty Thousand Only) as on 13/04/2016. Vide above
referred letter M/S. Mahesh Gas Ltd has been directed to pay a balance amount of Rs. 87,
36,000/- (Eighty Seven Lacks Thirty Six Thousand Only).

M/s Mahesh Gas Limited has been authorized for development of City Gas Distribution Network in
Geographical area of Pune district i.e., to establish CNG Stations, PNG domestic, industrial and
commercial network in the district of Pune.

The GA of Pune district is huge and we have to lay more than 180 km of pipeline in the district. As
the project is progressing, we had taken procurement actions for pipeline, CNG compressors etc.
which is very capital intensive and side by side trying to tie-in the finances from banks & other
sources in the process.

Vide earlier letter dated 31-07-2017, 26-04-2017, 30-01-2017, 26-12-2016 we had requested
you for grant for time extension for payment of balance amount and signing of agreement.

Since the last request dated 26-12-2016, there is no communication from your side with respect to
time extension. Suddenly on 28-11-2017 we received letter जा. . म औवम/ाअप/ु तळे गाव
औयोगक े/4888/२०१७ dated 20-11-2017 regarding cancellation of the land allotment.

This has surprised us. As we have communicated to you verbally as well as in writing mentioning
that City Gas Distribution has been declared as public utility by the Government of India vide
Gazzette notification no. 1736 Part-II dated 20.06.2017.
You may be aware that Development of City Gas Infrastructure in India is Honorable Prime
Minister’s dream project and being monitered by MOPNG.

Land for CGS is very much essential for this project. This land was allotted based on this aspect
only.

As we have mentioned earlier, we are very much interested in the above mentioned land.

Therefore you are requested to consider our request by cancelling the “termination of allotment
letter” and give us opportunity to deposit the balance amount within a suitable time frame.
