Note: The Last Key of the Aklo Unveilings. What are the Aklo
Unveilings? In the exhaustive research volume by Daniel Harms, the
third edition of the Cthulhu Mythos Encyclopedia, we find:
"AKLO UNVEILINGS. Levels of initiation in the cult of Glaaki. A cult member
may undergo up to forty-eight of these Unveilings, and the forty-ninth takes place
when Glaaki calls his worshiper to him for the last time. It is interesting to note
that John Dee's Enochian system of magic also includes forty-eight Keys, or
incantations, as well as a forty-ninth that is unknown and which could invoke
God. See Aklo; Glaaki. (Letter (9/23/94), AzOth; "The Inhabitant of the Lake",
Campbell; Selected Letters IV, Lovecraft (O).)"

Each Key for each seeker is different. With succesful bonding shall
come forth the Dream-Sendings of Gla'aki, that once and future Great
One, He Who Is Gla'aki by praised! These are the words of His cultus,
those who maintain the secret ways of the Golden Age.
From the introductory notations to the chapter, The Last Key of
Gla'aki is the final rite of initiation; with this hidden Key comes the
Power. Keep the ways hidden. Speak clear the words. Drop the
offerings in the proper places.
Seek ye the hidden wisdom, not here but in the black spaces beyond
space, in between the dimensions we know here on this doomed
planet. Guard ye steps well.
Learn well to speak the timeless words, for they are Powers
undreamt. From the shadows of the Vaults of Zin do the Dream-
Sendings or psychic emanations of Gla'aki come forth. Gla'aki is one
with the Great Old Ones known to dwell upon the Earth. Gla'aki, for
instance, is mired by the undefeatable binding spells of the vengeful
Elder Gods, those Towers of Living Flame from the Eye of Glyu-Vho.
When the unseen locked is mounted by the Key, during the stellar
configuration known to the ancients as the Eyes of the Phoenix. The
now-obsolete star-sign of the Phoenix is now a part of Canis Major, or
the Sign of the Big Dog.
So therein is the way, a clue to the lock, which is only revealed in full
by the pulsing suggestions of the Lurker in the Lake. Only those who
have been chosen to bear the Mark of the Green Decay.
