Someone has rightly said that practical experience is for better and closer to the
real world then mere theoretical exposure. The practical experience helps the
students view the real world closely, which in turn widely influences their
perceptions and argument their understanding of the real situation.

Research work constitutes the backbone of any management education

programme. A management student has to do research work quite frequently
during his entire span.

The research work entitle “COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN

PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS AND PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS” aims to
analyze various services provided by private sector banks and public sector
banks for this purpose Pathankot city have been chosen.
