Carga mental
¿A que llamamos carga mental?
La carga mental en el trabajo se define como el nivel de esfuerzo intelectual que debe realizar un trabajador
para satisfacer las demandas de trabajo relacionadas con el procesamiento de la información (percepción,
memoria, razonamiento).
