Dearest Hon. Chief Public Attorney:

I am writing to express my interest to become part of your office as a Public

Attorney. I passed the 2016 Bar Examination and was admitted to the Philippine Bar on
01 June 2017. I obtained my Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas,
Faculty of Civil Law in 2016. As an undergraduate, I attended the University of the
Philippines (Diliman) and earned a degree in Bachelor of Arts in History.

I choose to apply in your office because I sincerely feel that being a Public Attorney
will be very fulfilling. Further, I also believe that I can contribute to the improvement of
the Philippine justice system. Furthermore, I believe that your office has the experience
from which anyone who is aspiring to be in litigation, whether it be civil, criminal, labor,
or etc., could hone their knowledge and skills.

Along with my interest, I am also committed to impart my acquired knowledge

and skills, which I was able to gain from my education and work experiences, which are
as follows:

I pursued my legal education as a working student while maintaining a steady

career in the private sector; I learned to multi-task. I studied during the morning,
attended classes in the afternoon and worked on a night shift.

During law school, I also worked as a Legal Intern in the Department of Justice, I
was given the task to do legal research, draft letters and resolutions, and submit
comments, which enabled me to enhance my analytical and written communication
skills.

At present, I work as an Associate Lawyer in Abes Malong & Associates which I

joined last January 2016, when I was still an underbar. As an Associate Lawyer, I am
tasked to review, negotiate, draft and or prepares various contract and agreements. I also
prepare and provide legal opinions or recommendations to our clients. Most importantly,
I draft, review and prepare various court pleadings and legal documents and attend
hearings in connection thereto. Luckily, I also had to chance to handle Corporation Law,
Intellectual Property Law and Immigration Law.

In addition to my skills, I have the passion and eagerness to learn, which would
propel me to do my best at any task which will be assigned to me.

I am looking forward to hear from you and to be given the chance to discuss
