How to ask for and give directions

Ask for directions Can you tell me the way to the bank?
(Excuse me,) do you know the way to the bank?
Give directions Turn left at the traffic lights.
Turn into Beech Road.
Go straight on for about 100 metres.
Go along Park Street. It’s on the left/right.
It’s at the end of Church Road.

Read and follow the directions on the map. Write the letters of these places:

Man: Are you OK?

Woman: Yes, OK.
Man: The police station is in Lime Avenue. It’s at the end of the street, on the left.
