Abstract
Stem cell or as known as sel punca in Indonesia is an undifferentiated cell of a
multicellular organism that is capable of giving rise to indefinitely more cells of the same
type, and fromwhich certain other kinds of cell arise by differentiation. Stem cell
has benefit for therapyvarious kind of disease and ce ll damage in body, beside of
curing disease, stem cell can beused for reverse aging on skin especially face skin. But
not everyone agree with this stem cell invention, there are some controversy from others that
consider about ethics in example onembryonic stem cell. In this case will be discussed
