Here is a guide to handle QA sheets. Although in excel file has a row for guiding you to do, I still
think it is a bit difficult for all you guys. So in 7B, your points wont combine QA sheet.
This is small tutorial adapted from Dr Peter Samuel
QA in nutshell so that we could go fast through it with least mistakes...
- selection bias ( attention plz )
1- low risk is when method of randomization is mentioned such as computer based , coin toss
...etc.

2_ high risk in cases of electing patients according to date of birth ,odd or even nom ,nom of
record ,or date of admission
3_ unclear risk if he just mentions patients were randomly assigned and runs away

Allocation concealment is when patient randomization occur by a third party which is neither the
personnel nor the patient more frequently seen with surgery
1_ low risk if method was mentioned as sealed envelope ..OR if randomization method was
mentioned
2- high risk if selection was based on date of birth availability of drugs ...etc
3_ unclear if no mention

Selective reporting of outcome we have to have the protocol and compare the outcome in protocol
with the outcome in the paper OR u can judge form the paper if all expected outcome are reported
or no ( any missing data )

2_ high risk if some info is hidden
3- unclear risk if insufficient

Data Attrition bias is related to number of patients in follow up
Low if no losses
High risk if looses exist
Unclear if insufficient data about follow up

If exist it's high
If not mentioned it is unclear
