    THE CODE CIVIL MAURICIEN

    Regulations made by the Minister under article 2202-2 of the Code Civil Mauricien

    1. These regulations may be cited as the Institutions Agreees (Amendment) Regulations


    2014.

    2. In these regulations -
    “principal regulations” means the Institutions Agreees Regulations 1988.

    3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting, in the appropriate


    alphabetical order, the following new words —

    Mauritian Eagle Leasing Company Limited

    Made by the Minister on 25 December 2014.
