EUSTAQUIO CALUNSAG PROCESO

I, EUSTAQUIA CALUNSAG PROCESO, Filipino, of legal age, widow and

a resident of Carang, Dapitan City, after having been sworn to an oath in
accordance with law, depose and say:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is ATTY. ANNALLY T. ADJU with office

address at Door 6, G & K Building, National Highway, Turno, Dipolog City.
The examination is being held at the same address. I am answering her
questions fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal
liability for false testimony and perjury.
The questions were propounded in Cebuano Visayan, a language I
know and understand, my answers are also in Cebuano Visayan dialect for
clarity and to fully express my answers. Atty. Adju made the English
translations of the questions and answers.

City?

After our marriage sometime 1952 my husband and I

resided in Baylimango, Dapitan City and we transferred
our residence in 1975 to Carang, Dapitan City.

Why did you transferred there in Carang, Dapitan City?

Because my husband inherited a parcel of land from his

Do you have personal knowledge who was the registered
owner of the parcel of land adjacent to the land inherited
from your husband?

I have known that it was owned by the family of Tomas

Opaon and JovitaSumaylo who used to reside in the
parcel of land adjacent to the land inherited by my
husband.

That is true sir, My family and that of the family of Opaon

had been neighbors long before. Since then said family
is the owner and the actual possessor of the adjacent land.

Do you have personal knowledge that said lot sold by the

Opaon Family to Congrssman Romeo Jalosjos was a
land formed through accretion?

That is not true sir. The land sold to Congressman Romeo

Jalosjos is not a land through accretion because it
had been in existence since I first saw it in the year
1952 when I got married by husband.

Yes sir. I’ve known her because in year 2004 mu husband

and I sold the land to Ma. Rosaline L. Witter.

What happen then to the land sold to Ma. Rosaline L.

No sir. She and his husband never resided in Carang.
