GENERALIDADES
Con fecha 04 de Diciembre del 2017, el INSTITUTO VIAL PROVINCIAL MUNICIPAL DE CONCEPCIÓN y la
Empresa CONSORCIO LAS BALSAS suscribieron el Contrato de Ejecución del servicio N° 006-2018-
GG/IVPVC del Mantenimiento Rutinario de Actividades no contempladas en el GEMA del Camino Vecinal:
ORCOTUNA-MANZANARES-CHAMBARA-RAMAL: PUENTE LAS BALSAS – RIO MANTARO L = 11.380 KM.
1. ENTREGA DEL TERRENO
En el lugar del servicio, siendo las 8:00 am el día 05 de Enero del 2018, se reunieron los representantes
del Instituto Vial Provincial de Municipal de Concepción y el contratista cuyos nombres se indican a
continuación, con el fin de hacer entrega del terreno donde se ejecutaran los trabajos de
Mantenimiento Rutinario de Actividades no contempladas en el GEMA del servicio antes
mencionado.
POR EL INSTITUTO VIAL PROVINCIAL MUNICIPAL DE CONCEPCIÓN:

POR EL CONTRATISTA:
CONSORCIO “LAS BALSAS” Personalizado por su Representante Legal Danny Efrain Atunga Vera.
Luego de recorrer en forma conjunta el tramo, ubicado en los distritos de
ORCOTUNA,MANZANARES Y CHAMBARA de L= 11.380 Km e identificar los principales puntos
topográficos, el contratista manifiesta, por este aspecto, no tener ninguna dificultad para la recepción
del terreno
Encontrándose conformes las partes firmantes, se dio por concluido el acto de entrega del
terreno siendo las 9:30 am del día 05 de Enero del 2018.
Procediéndose a firmar los presentes en señal de conformidad.
