SIX BOURBON STREET GENTLEMEN’S CLUBS SETTLE WITH THE LOUISIANA OFFICE

OF ALCOHOL CONTROL AHEAD OF THE FEBRUARY 1 SCHEDULED HEARING.

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – January 31, 2018 – Six Bourbon Street Gentlemen’s Clubs have
voluntarily agreed to settle cases arising out of the recent NOPD and ATC enforcement
actions. 5 clubs were scheduled to participate in hearings scheduled for February 1, 2018.
The hearings would determine whether the emergency suspensions served on the clubs
were justified and, if so, what penalties were appropriate. The settlement reached with the
ATC negates the need for hearings for these clubs. The final club (Lipstixx), closed its doors
prior to being served a suspension but nevertheless reached an agreement with the ATC as
well.

The terms of the settlements include many provisions designed to address the issues
leading to the emergency suspensions such as regular training, security monitoring, better
screening of employees, discharge of employees engaged in criminal activity, etc. The
