manufacturing defects.

2) DELIVERY : 6 to 8 weeks from the date of technically and commercially

accepted firm Purchase Order.

3) TAXES : Extra as applicable at the time of delivery as per

Government rules. At present VAT will be charged @4%
on all trainers @14.5% on all accessories

4) PAYMENT : 50% Advance payment along with Purchase Order,

40% payment against supply and balance 10% against
Testing and acceptance

5) VALIDITY : 60 days from the date of our quotation, after which it is

subject to our written confirmation.

6) PACKING & FORWARDING

CHARGES : Extra Rs.9,500-00

7) We reserve the rights in supplying part material of the purchase order.

8) Payment must be made for the part supplies of the material. (No amount be kept
pending for short supplies).
9) All payments must be made by D.D. or Cheque at par clearance only. All bank
charges to your account.
10) Warranty condition will be applicable only if the payment conditions are fully
met.
11) Once firm order placed either it cannot be cancelled or altered.
