3/23/2018

General Settings
× Turn on “Response receipts” to
act as confirmation e-mails.

× Turn off “Limit to 1 response”

if you are going to use the
same form for multiple units.

× Turn on “Edit after submit” so

students can change responses
if they find an error.

39

Presentation Settings
× Turn on “Show progress bar”
so students will know when
they are nearly finished.

× Enter a “Confirmation
message” telling students to
save their read receipt.

40

20
3/23/2018

Default Settings
× These settings apply to all
forms you create.

× Turn on “Collect email

addresses” (or don’t, but know
you have that option).

× Turn on “Make questions

required” so you don’t have to
mark each one individually.

41

Jumping to Form Sections

Each question has the option “Go to section based on

answer.” This lets students answer only those questions
that apply to a particular unit.
