Sunday 1st EASTER DAY Hallelujah He is Risen!
Thank God for all that Wednesday 11th Pray for the King’s Meadow Project today and our vision
Jesus has done for us. Pray for our All Age Baptismal service, for
Catherine, Belinda, Corinne and Helen as they are baptised. Pray for their
families and friends and for all of us that we would all hear the Good News
of Easter and meet with the risen Lord.
Monday 2nd Pray for Ian, John, Linda and Bill as they meet tonight. Pray
for wisdom and discernment as they discuss fellowship matters and seek
God's guidance. Continue to pray about forthcoming election of Deacons.
Pray for all those baptised yesterday.
Tuesday 3rd Remember our brothers and sisters at Coastline Community
Church, Coatbridge and Collydean Baptist Churches.
Wednesday 4th Thank God for all the opportunities He gives to share His
love within our community. Pray for "Singing Together" at Dovecot this
afternoon - ask God to bless all who attend, for fun, fellowship and
deepening friendship.
Thursday 5th Pray for the King’s Meadow Project today and our vision for
the South side. The joint Building Group meets tonight- pray for clear
guidance as they discuss latest updates and seek God's leading.
Friday 6th Pray for Gordon Jones, Chaplain of Royal Alexander Hospital
and for all Chaplains and lay workers throughout the UK as they minister
and serve patients, families and staff.
Saturday 7th Psalm 119:105 Thank God for His Word. Let us confess
times when we take it for granted, when our quiet times get pushed aside.
Ask God to give us all a deeper desire to know Him better through
spending time reading and meditating on his Word. Pray for the work of
Precept Ministries as they seek to open up God's word with a new
understanding.
Sunday 8th Pray for our service this morning and JAM. Pray for all
involved with Vicky's Tearoom meeting this afternoon. Pray for a good time
of fun, fellowship, safety and blessing on all who are involved and the
guests who will attend.
Monday 9th Pray for our brothers and sisters meeting at Cornton, Cowal
and Cowdenbeath Baptist Churches as they seek to serve and share God's
love within their local communities.
Tuesday 10th Pray for our home groups meeting this week. Thank God
for opportunities to meet, study and pray together in smaller groups during
the week.
to share God's Good News with folk living on the South side.
Thursday 12th Thank God for the growing fellowship between the
churches in Peebles. Thank him for opportunities to meet up and pray
together. Pray for those organising joint events such as Chattabox as they
start planning for this year.
Friday 13th Ephesians 4:16. Thank God for each person in our fellowship.
Ask God to help our fellowship to continue to grow and build one another
up, that each one of us is needed by God in the work He has planned for
our fellowship and in the sharing of the gospel and hope that only He can
bring.
Saturday 14th Pray for Gail and those from Portobello Baptist church who
are being baptised tomorrow at the beach in Portobello. Pray they would
have a deep sense of God's peace and presence as they witness to all of
their love and need for Jesus. Ask God for good weather tomorrow.
Sunday 15th Pray for our joint Baptismal service with the folks from
Portobello Baptist Church. Pray that many who witness the service would
ask questions and find God and His Love through this service.
Monday 16th Remember our brothers and sisters from Crieff, Cookston
and Crown Terrace Baptist Churches and Jim Meighan, chaplain at Royal
Hospital for Children.
Tuesday 17th "Give thanks to the Lord for He is good, His love endures
forever" - 1 Chronicles 16:34. Spend some time thanking God for who He
is, His love and His provision for us as individuals and as a fellowship.
Wednesday 18th Matthew 14:13-21. "When you add your not enough to
Christ's more than enough, miracles happen. Bring what you have to
Jesus, let Him bless it, break it and use it to bless others." Shelah Walsh.
Thursday 19th Pray for our Governments, both in Westminster and
Holyrood and all working in local Government. Pray for wisdom,
compassion and integrity as they serve and work for the good of all.
Friday 20th Hebrews 10:19-25. Pray that as a fellowship we will not grow
weary in meeting together to read God's word, pray together and seek His
leading for our fellowship.
Saturday 21st 1Thessalonians 5:2. Jesus is coming back! Pray that God's
Church throughout the world will not just be content with where they are,
but have a sense of urgency, compassion and boldness to stand and share
the Good News of the Gospel within the communities they find themselves.
Ask God to send His Spirit on His church anew. As you pray, include our
fellowship and our brothers and sisters in Peebles in this prayer.
Sunday 22nd Pray for our service and for JAM today as we come together
to worship, to hear from the Lord and to act on what we hear. Pray for the
All-Church meeting for the whole fellowship to hear updates on the King's
Meadow Project and to seek God's leading.
Monday 23rd Remember our brothers and sisters in Culduthel, Culloden
and Cupar Baptist Churches.
Tuesday 24th Psalm 103. Spend time today reading and meditating on
this Psalm, then worship and praise God as you feel led.
Wednesday 25th Pray for our Members’ meeting tonight as we come
together to discuss and seek God's leading. Pray there would be a real
spirit of love and understanding on all who attend and that everyone will
feel they are able to contribute.
Thursday 26th Pray for our mission partners, Caroline and Victor in
Guinea. Pray for good health, ongoing good conversations with their
friends and neighbours and continued grace with their language studies.
Friday 27th Pray for tonight's meeting at St Andrews Leckie with Adrian
Plass. Pray for Adrian & Bridget as they travel the country on this tour, for
safety and stamina and that tonight would be a good time of fun fellowship
and sharing of the Gospel for all who come.

what it means to you and then pray as you feel led.
Sunday 29th Pray for our service today and for JAM. Pray a blessing for
any visitors, that they would be able to meet with the Lord through

Monday 30th Pray for Dalbeattie, Dalkeith and Dedridge Baptist Churches
as they minister and serve their local communities. Pray for Stuart
Murdoch, Chaplain at Strathcarron Hospice and for all Chaplains working in
the many Hospices throughout the UK.
