Deflection / Leakage Testing.

• Ascertain the amount of leakage and minimise, to reduce

operating costs.
• Improve manufacturing practices to reduce leakage.
• Limit the amount of deflection.
• Ensure that bracing and beading are sufficient.

BIM, Co-ordination of services

The Coordination Process.

• Service Contractors provide their 3D drawings to A.E Smith.
• A.E Smith Import these services along with the Mechanical Into
Navisworks and carry out floor by floor Clash detection.
• The Clashes are then Reviewed and assigned.
• The Navisworks Model CW Clash detection Reports is then
provided back to the relevant parties for review and drawing
revisions are carried out.
• The Process will then begin again.
