 STEP 3: Fill in the access codes (Company code and Password) below and
click continue

 STEP 4: In the box

“employee number” fill in
your Personal ID from
UNIVERSITE DU
LUXEMBOURG. The
Personal ID number (e.g.
100200) and the social
security number (e.g.
1983081755520) can be
found on your payslip.

 Than you need to fill out all

your personal details and
click continue.

 STEP 5: If married or in a partnership (pacs / partenariat / eingetragene

Partnerschaft) please fill in your spouse/partner information (children also if
any) and click continue.

 STEP 6: Last step: confirmation of the offer. Please carefully check your
information.

 You must click in the box to agree with the terms of CMCM and click Send.

 Click on Print (bottom of the page)

 You will receive an email confirmation from the CMCM
