This House Should Provide Paramedics Immunity from Lawsuits Stemming

from Their on-the Job Actions

GOAL: our goal in here is to provide a condition of our paramedic where they could not feel any insecurity in doing their
best service.
1. Why is it importan to provide immunity to the paramedic?
We believe paramedic is a nobble occupatiom
Paramedic helps the patient, how can we did not protect the one who help other. Paramedic will always doing
their best to save the patient that’s why to make them feeling well secured in doing their job they need to be
protected in law so they could optimize their on the job action. They try to do based on SOP but may be some
particular people who doesnt know there will be side effect on every treatment.
2. What will be happened if paramedic didn’t provided with immunity?
Paramedic is a risky job. It will actually affect other paramedic performance if they know one of their peer is
punished because doing certain thing or treatment during the services whic is means it will also affect the entire
institution. For example: recent case that a femlae patient sue paramedic because she assume that the
paramedic is doing sexual abuse to her. By this case it does affect the performance of paramedic becuse they will
be too carefull in treating opposite sex patient.
In doing treatment if paramedicare psycologically comfort they will feel more confident and the result will be
better this is going to make the performance of paramedic more better.

the society point of view might be scared with paramedic since they have immunity? It is OK, since the
paramedic doing their best to service the patient the patient will satisfied and trust with paramedic it will just
neutralize those assumption about paramedic that cant be sue.
3. Country will actually will loss many if we jailed paramedic. To punish paramedic in jail is a rich thing. We know
that to be adoctor , nurse there’s need a lot of money and efforts instead punishing them in jail or other way of
punishmment just give immunity and education to them so that they could be a better paramedic in the future.
After jailed is over, they have no job, they have no confident in doing their previous work
4. Ladies and gentlement, please open your mind, imagine youre a paramedic who are going to help the patient/
saving the patient’s life but you yourself feeling insecure about things that they’re going to do to the patient
