Motion 1 :

This House Believe Music Industry Should Not Facilitate the Comebacks of Artist Who
Committed Violent Crimes

2rd Speaker :

Affirmative :

- Good afterrnoon ladies and gentlement, thank you for the Master of Ceremony, the time
keeper, and the adjudicators.
- Ok, ladies and gentlement and also the adjudicators, as the second speaker from the
affrimative team, I disagree with what the first speaker said from the negative team, you
said that . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .but not with us, we don’t think so, because why the
music industry should facilitate the artist who committed violent crimes for their
comebacks ? Meantime, they’re obviously know still there are so many talented artist
who never ever committed violent crimes that could be develop by their facilitate, I
believe it’ll be more profitable.
- Ladies and gentlement and the adjudicators, I would like to add some reason why we do
agree with this motion.
o First : if the music industry not facilitate their comebacks, it’ll revive them what
the consequence about their act didn’t right
o Second : we should give them a little punishment for what they had done
o Third : we do hope it can be a teaching for the other artist who doesnt committed
violent crimes that already see what the effect if they wanna do the same things
someday. They will think twice to do that because it can break their career as
artist.
- Ladies and gentlement, I do believe that you have already know what’s artist and who’s
artist ? Yes, artist is a public figure. And talking about the public figure, public firgure
should gave a good case, and we know artist is one of public figure who has so many fans
that there’s no qualification by the age. Usually those fans make them as their idol and as
like their inspiration and sometise they try to imitate what their idol do. So, what will
happen if an artist who committed violent crimes still have the way to get their career in
entertainment by the music industry whom facilitate them. I just fear if they do that, it
will give some disadvantage for some fans. Especially for the young fans who can not
make the differences between the good things with the bad things. As for teenager fans
who be inclined have an easy though to fixed and maybe they will think those violent
crimes that have done by their idol was not a big problem that need to consider so the
music industry can giving back the facilitate to them easily. No, we have to stop it before
it happen, but how ? yes, its the one of ways, by not facilitate their comebacks.
- So, ladies and gentlement and so the adjudicators, we are exactly agree with this motion.

Negative :

- Good afterrnoon ladies and gentlement, thank you for the Master of Ceremony, the time
keeper, and the adjudicators.
- Ok, ladies and gentlement and also the adjudicators, as the second speaker from the
negative team, I disagree with this motion and aslo with the statement from the
affirmative team that said . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I just wondering how you can judge
person or somebody by their past, by what they do before ? You can’t gather if somebody
have already do the wrong things so they won’t or the can’t change. No, that isn’t right.
- Ladies and gentlement and so the adjudicators, as like as we know, everybody have the
same right, everybody have the second chance, and everybody can change. So, we have
to give them those second chance to reform their ownself, because its their right, we cant
stop them to get their right for it, doesnt it ?
- Ok, ladies and gentlement and also the adjudicators, I would like to tell you about our
statement why we disagree with this motion, it’s all because if the music industry should
not facilitate the comebacks of artist who committed violent crimes it will make some
bad impacts to those artist even worst. They will think that they dont deserve to be back
and proceed their career that ever bounded and usually committed as a violent crimes
make them a bit hard to be back to the societies. Because, usually all the societies think
that someone who committed violent crimes is a bad person and this mark will cleave to
them even they want to change and reform their self.
Then, In this side the music industry needed to facilitate for their comeback, so they can
get their career again. If they can get that back so they will have a chance to restore their
reputation and the public will know if they got out from those violent crimes, so they
dont afraid to take back those artist around them as good.
- For the example, its happened to Ariel, his career ever been down because of his violent
crimes and brought him to jail. Then, after he got his freedom back the music industry
give him the second chance by facilitate his comeback with his new band as Noah and his
career be back even bigger and better.
- So, ladies and gentlement and also the adjudicators, I absolutely disagree with this
motion because I do believe that everybody have the same right to have the second
chance to reform their self.

Crime analysis depends on the following

assumptions:
• A prediction can be made to intercept a crime in
progress,
• Offenses can be linked so that when someone is caught
that person can be held accountable for a number of
offenses, or that
• Certain places generate disproportionate amounts of
crime and police work, and the characteristics of such
places can be altered to become less attractive locales for
crime.

Violence can then be depicted as in sympathetic magic, so injury; suicide or even

murder may be committed on paper instead of in action.
