INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS INSTRUCCIONES PARA LOS SOLICITANTES

1. This advice slip must be used to make your Visa
Fee payment at any branch of BBVA Provincial
Bank.
2. The Visa Fee amount shall be paid in Bolivares
(VEF). DO NOT attempt to pay in USD.
3. Each applicant must make only one visa fee
payment per advice slip. Print one copy of this
advice slip and submit it to the teller at the BBVA
branch.
4. The BBVA teller w ill give a receipt for your
payment.
5. Once the payment has been made, you may
return to http://w w w .ustraveldocs.com/ and
enter the CGI reference number to schedule your
appointment (at 11am the follow ing business
day).

7. Visa fee payments are non-refundable.
8. Visa fee receipt is non-transferable and cannot
be used for other persons.
1. Esta instrucción de pago debe ser usado para cancelar la solicitud de
visa de EE.UU., en cualquier oficina de BBVA Provincial o en los
canales autorizados.
2. El monto a cancelar por solicitud de visa debe ser pagado en bolívares
(VEF). No intente pagar en dólares estadounidenses (USD).
3. Cada solicitante debe efectuar un pago total por cada instrucción de
pago. Imprima una sola copia y entréguelo al cajero en la agencia de
BBVA Provincial, para que pueda procesar el pago ó ingrese a
mispagosprovincial.com y siga las intrucciones del sistema.
4. Obtenga del cajero de BBVA Provincial o del portal mispagosprovincial
el recibo por el monto cancelado.
5. Una vez haya realizado el pago, puede regresar el sitio
http://w w w .ustraveldocs.com/ e ingresar el número de referencia CGI
para programar su cita (después de las 11 am del siguiente día hábil).
6. Ante cualquier inconveniente, por favor visite

CONTÁCTENOS para enviar su requerimiento.
7. Revise el monto en su comprobante de pago, ESTE IMPORTE NO ES
REEMBOLSABLE.
8. El pago por solicitud de visa no es transferible y no puede ser utilizado
por otras personas.

TELLERS

1. Choose the number of agreement 1502 ‘Solicitud de
Visa Americana’
2. Please verify the CGI Reference number and dollar
amount and collect the correct VEF amount
corresponding to the CGI reference number. DO NOT
ACCEPT USD.
3. Please issue a receipt for all payments.
4. The payment receipt must contain a bank reference
number.

1. Seleccione el convenio número 1502 «Solicitud de Visa
Americana»
2. Solicite la instrucción de pago al cliente e indique el número de
cédula del depositante en la referencia 1 y el número de
referencia CGI en la referencia 2, para procesar el pago en el
convenio.
3. Revise el importe en bolívares (VEF) indicado en la instrucción de
pago entregada por el cliente, recaude la cantidad correcta en
bolívares (VEF), Estos pagos no son reembolsables.

4. Entregue copia de la papeleta de depósito al cliente y la
instrucción de pago una vez procesado el pago.
